The Bottoms Up Tic-Tac-Toe Adult Drinking Game is the craziest game of Tic-Tac-Toe you will ever see. Players fill all nine shot glasses and then begin playing Tic-Tac-Toe like normal. The player with three shot glasses in a row wins and the loser takes a shot. If both players end up with a stalemate then they both drink.
